Lady Wildcats play Northern Lakes Conference tournament at Harbor Light.

Conference tournament makes for a long day. Great parent support for the team with food and cheering.

Lady Wildcats started the day with pool play-

vs Alba: 25-15, 25-13

vs Vanderbilt: 25-8, 23-25

vs Mackinaw City: 10-25, 9-25

Record after pool 3-3 with a Point Differential of 6 making the Lady Wildcats third going into bracket round.

First round for brackets was Lady Wildcats vs Vanderbilt. In the best 2 out of 3 match single elimination round the Lady Cats went 25-16, 25-17. Advancing to the semi-final round to face the Lady Loggers of Boyne Falls. The Lady Loggers entered the bracket round ranked number two after pool play and put away the home team Harbor Light to meet the Lady Wildcats in the semi-final. Lady Wildcats played to challenge every point against a great opponent. The Loggers had to earn each point on their way to a match win knocking the Lady Wildcats out of the bracket round. Loggers 25-10, 25-13.

The Lady Wildcats have a week to prepare for the last season games vs Hale at Hale on Tuesday October 25th and Vanderbilt in a non-conference match at Vanderbilt on Wednesday October 26th. Districts are in Onaway October 31st 4:30pm game vs Posen.
